Nguni Warranty Policy

Nguni machines are backed by our service network and covered by manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, subject to the conditions below.

Lubricant Requirement

Warranty cover is valid only where genuine Nguni lubricants (2-stroke oil, 4-stroke oil, chain and bar oil, cutterbar oil, and grease as applicable to the machine) have been used throughout the machine's operating life. Use of any non-Nguni lubricant, oil, or fuel mix voids the warranty on the engine and any related components affected by that use. This applies to all petrol and battery machines sold under the Nguni brand.

General Conditions

• Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
• Warranty does not cover normal wear items (spark plugs, air filters, cutting line, blades, chains, and similar consumables) unless defective on arrival.
• Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper storage, unauthorised modification, or use of incorrect fuel or lubricant.
• Warranty repairs must be carried out by an authorised Nguni Service and Repair Centre.
